If You RSVP, Please Attend!
Why is it important to show up when you RSVP?
• There may be a waitlist, and not showing up takes away someone else's opportunity to participate.
• When we inform a restaurant to expect 20 people and only 12 show up, it impacts our future bookings with them.
• If 75 people sign up for a program but only 50 attend, it results in wasted money on food and rental chairs.
• When a hostess prepares for book club, Game Night, or mahjong, and only half of those registered show up, it discourages them from hosting again.

So, if you RSVP, please make sure to attend. If you’re unsure of your plans, wait until you’re certain before signing up. If your plans change, kindly notify the leaders at least 24 hours before the activity. This will help us greatly. Thank you!
